Introducing - Teen Group!
We are excited to launch Teen Group, a monthly gathering designed to support teens in building confidence, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence in a safe, welcoming space.
Our first meeting will be a special joint workshop for teens and parents—a unique opportunity for families to experience the heart of what Teen Group is all about. Together, you’ll get a glimpse into the supportive environment we’re creating, where teens can feel free to be themselves, connect with others, and grow.
We can’t wait to gather!

Heather Dailey
Hello! My name is Heather Dailey and I am a product of Teen Group!
The original Teen Group started at the Centre when I was just 13 years old. I attended throughout my entire teen years, and even stayed on as an advisor into my 20s.
Looking back, I attribute so much of my confidence, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence to the lessons I learned in Teen Group. It was a space where I could truly grow, connect, and be myself.
Now, with my own kids approaching their teen years, I’m incredibly excited to help create a space where they—and others—can experience the same. I can’t wait to build this group together and see the positive impact it will have on a new generation.

Hi! I’m Aleisha, and I'm so excited to return as one of the CSL teen group co-facilitators!
I attended the teen group as a teen (that was 17 years ago!) and it changed my life; it was truly one of the highlights of my teen years, and I love being able to give that back to teens today.
I believe in creating a space where teens feel safe, seen, and encouraged to explore who they are and how to co-create a life they love with the Universe.
I'm looking forward to walking alongside you in this season of discovery and growth!
Sandra Gibbs
Hi, I'm Sandra. I am a long-time member of this Centre, and my journey here has deeply inspired me. Becoming a Practitioner has allowed me the opportunity to support others through affirmative prayer and spiritual practice.
With over 30 years of experience as a school teacher—and now continuing as a substitute teacher—I’ve had the privilege of working with youth throughout my life. I also served for several years as an advisor for our Teen Program, including time as the lead advisor.
On a personal note, I’ve raised three children, all of whom were part of the Teen Group. I had the joy of watching them grow into successful, fulfilled adults, and I know firsthand how powerful and transformative this program can be.
I love what the Teen Group offers, and I’m excited to support its new chapter—especially alongside my daughter, Heather. It fills me with hope and enthusiasm to see this program relaunch and blossom, knowing how deeply teens will benefit from being part of it.
