Over the years, Browne Anderson has been involved in a wide variety of musical projects. He has toured across Canada with a number of acts and has played locally with jazz bands, big bands, rhythm and blues and pop groups. He received much of his training in the McEwan jazz music program where he majored in performance and recording.

His primary focus has been as an arranger and band leader, and he has been honored to serve in this capacity at the Centre for Spiritual Living for several years. As a composer, his work has been heard on nature shows on the Discovery Channel, and he has also written the full score for an epic musical, "Echo of the Steppes”, performed in northern Alberta in 2006. One of his passions is to assist in developing new music by local songwriters, "fleshing out" the lyrics and melody into a full arrangement. Other than life at home with his three children, nothing gives him greater pleasure than being a part of the wonderful community at the Centre.
